At Seven Advanced Academy, our flagship course in Cyber Security is the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) – The World’s Number 1 Ethical Hacking Certification.
To give you the best value for your investment, we’ve taken into consideration the Cameroonian context and divided this course into four:
- Fundamentals (1 month)
- Networking fundamentals (2 months)
- The CEH certification curriculum (3 months)
- CEH Exam preparation (1 month)
During the first month, you will be taught cyber security concepts.
During the next two months, your instructor will take you through networking fundamentals. This is especially important because without a base in networking, understanding how to secure a network is impossible.
After understanding how to secure a network, you shall learn how to hack a network as an ethical hacker.
At the end of this 6 months intensive study, your instructor shall prepare you for your certification with questions and answers for a whole month.
Demand for Ethical Hackers
Amid the ongoing wave of cybercrime, it is easy to see why demand is so high for cyber security professionals in general and ethical hackers, in particular.
Industry watchdog Cybersecurity Ventures predicted there will be 3.5 million unfilled cybersecurity jobs globally by 2021. They were right. That demand keeps rising year after year. The talent shortage has led to the cybersecurity job market being described as one that is experiencing zero percent unemployment.
Furthermore, a recent search for “ethical hacking” jobs on LinkedIn reveals several thousand jobs at a range of well-known organizations, including Booz Allen Hamilton, Fidelity Investments, Microsoft, TikTok, Tesla, the Federal Reserve Bank and the U.S. Department of Defense.
